Agenda

  • Matt Puchalski

    Co-founder and CEO

    Bucket Robotics

This talk will delve into the hard-learned lessons of developing reliability and triage processes for a distributed fleet of robots. Drawing from Matt’s experiences at Argo AI and Stack AV, he will share insights on establishing robust documentation, balancing standardized procedures with customized solutions, and implementing effective incident management frameworks. Attendees will gain actionable tools to optimize their operations and meet the growing demands of their customer base.

    About Matt

Matt Puchalski is the founder of Bucket Robotics, a Y Combinator backed company specializing in providing perception and detection solutions for the robotic manufacturing space. Prior to founding Bucket Robotics, Matt established the Reliability processes for the autonomous vehicle company Argo AI, serving as the on-the-ground engineer for critical technical milestones and external demos. He then developed the testing infrastructure for Stack AV, achieving zero-to-public road operations with an autonomous trucking fleet in less than a year. Passionate about robotics and innovation, Matt aims to empower businesses to harness the full potential of automation.

  • Rishabh Agarwal

    CEO & Co-Founder

    Peer Robotics

This talk will be centered around the process and challenges of onboarding different customers (automotive, electronics, etc.) across different geographies like the US, Europe, and India. I will be going through how even if we are deploying with the same customer, geography can still play a significant role in the value proposition. Will walk through an example of a deployment with a large automotive player where one operation was in India and the other in Hungary and how varied the adoption process was along with the long-term requirements and their internal KPI.

    About Rishabh

Rishabh is the Co-Founder and CEO of Peer Robotics, are a collaborative mobile robotics startup with operations in the US and India. He did his research along the lines of Human-Robot interaction first from UMD and then from Siemens in Germany. Over the last few years, he has been playing a more customer-centric role, interacting and working along with end-users.

  • Angel Hernandez

    Global Industry Consultant - AMR

    Rockwell Automation

Production logistics involves managing the flow of goods, data, and resources from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of finished products. This comprehensive operation requires a seamless integration of manual labor and machinery, ensuring a well-orchestrated and efficient workflow. PLCs, motor drivers, sensors, HMIs, and other industrial components are now accompanied by AMRs to assist humans in handling the most labor-intensive tasks. Therefore, integrating best practices in RobOps and interoperability is crucial for ensuring well-orchestrated Production Logistics operations.

In this session, Rockwell Automation will explore innovative strategies for achieving autonomous Production Logistics. Learn how Rockwell’s solutions foster connectivity between humans, machinery, and AMRs, creating an adaptable and efficient Production Logistics ecosystem.

    About Angel

Rockwell is a leading provider of industrial automation technologies and a strong advocate for Autonomous Production Logistics, especially following its acquisition of OTTO Motors. Angel Hernandez, the Global Industry Consultant for AMR at Rockwell, brings extensive experience in interoperability and a solid background in AMRs.
